CleanFleets.net is Hiring an Office Manager Near Sacramento, CA

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of several environmental engineering and transportation related businesses that have been in business for over 25 years.

Location/Hours:

  • Midtown Sacramento in-office work during Monday to Friday
  • Preferred hours are 9am-530pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via RingCentral telephone system, Microsoft Outlook, and Service Fusion Client Relationship Management systems
  • Perform bookkeeping support (knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred)
  • Manage physical and electronic records and information
  • Learn motor vehicle data entry, data management and field services scheduling functions
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Waste management or automotive repair experience is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
